About the Role
  • The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and international standards like IAS and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting activities and supervise a team of finance professionals.
  • Control inventory management, implementing efficient systems to track and optimize resources.
  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy and accountability within the organization.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications like ACCA or CA are preferred.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in corporate accounting.
