Operational Excellence Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the operational systems of multiple sites, ensuring seamless product supply and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, forecasting, and problem-solving. They must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with site teams to ensure efficient product supply and operations.
  3. Manage day-to-day operations, including supply chain activities, inventory management, and stock control.
  4. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
  6. Work closely with the Finance department to ensure timely funding releases.
  7. Assist in achieving sales targets and developing business plans.
  8. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics, forecasting, and computer systems.
