As a key member of our research team, you will oversee the development of innovative products, drive sampling, and provide technical support for various processes.

Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end product development, enhancing existing products and processes, and researching new technologies to stay ahead in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Innovation and Development
    • Develop and implement strategies for creating new products and improving existing ones, ensuring timely completion of sampling and testing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products that meet market demands.
  2. Team Management and Knowledge Sharing
    • Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement.
    • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for R&D processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  3. Performance Tracking and Compliance
    • Design and implement performance metrics to measure medium- and long-term goals.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Bluesign and Oeko-Tex Standard 100, to guarantee quality and safety.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Oversee the testing and validation of new equipment and yarn dyeing projects to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality.
