Drive Business Innovation and Efficiency

As a key member of our Sales Operations group, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our successful operations model. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze data to provide insights that inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that offer critical business insights.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce is essential; Tableau and SQL proficiency is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
