Supply Chain Plant Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team in Faisalabad.

This role is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance (QA) function and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety Management Systems, and other regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and training QA personnel
  • Supervising processes and conducting analyses to ensure company standards and legal regulations are applied
  • Improving GMP and housekeeping implementations within the responsible areas
  • Controlling material and material aid stocks to provide water and syrup production required for production
  • Creating Purchase orders and monitoring the order and arrival of materials
  • Ensuring the correct use of equipment and monitoring material yields of responsibilities
  • Supervising the execution of production in line with GMP and plant requirements
  • Planning resources to produce in accordance with the standards
  • Attending/leading necessary Internal Audits
  • Ensuring consumer/customer satisfaction
  • Following up complaints and initiating CA&PA
  • Participating in the establishment and management of Quality/Management Systems
  • Coordinating with suppliers regarding procurement of materials required for the department and quality problems
  • Performing works according to the Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Food Safety, and Energy Management Systems' requirements established by the plant
