Job Overview

The Director QEC plays a pivotal role in maintaining Higher Education standards by ensuring quality assurance processes and methods of evaluation are in place.

  • This involves developing Self Assessment Reports for programs, adhering to the Quality Assurance Manual of the Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. Collaboration with external bodies is also essential.
  • Annual monitoring and evaluation, including program monitoring, faculty assessment, and student feedback, are critical responsibilities of this position.
  • Fortnightly reports on QEC activities must be submitted to the Chairman BOG through the Registrar Office.
Key Objectives
  • Enhance public confidence in the quality and standards of teaching, learning, research, and services provided at the University.
  • Define clear standards for performance reviews, which inform required standards for teaching, research, and services.
  • Develop qualifications frameworks and learning outcomes outlining attributes and abilities expected from holders of various qualifications.
  • Create program specifications with faculty input, clarifying knowledge, understanding, skills, and attributes students develop upon completing specific programs.
Requirements and Qualifications

A PhD/MS/MPhil in TQM or a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a University setting.
