Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Compliance function in implementing and maintaining a robust compliance framework.

You will oversee the implementation of compliance mechanisms to protect organizational identity and business interests while adhering to relevant local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and implementing the annual compliance management plan.
  • Execute end-to-end compliance inspection projects from planning to report finalization.
  • Conduct Compliance Assessments for all departments in the organization as per the approved Compliance assessment framework.
  • Carry out specialized regional compliance inspections with a specific focus on evaluating and reviewing commercial and engineering regional units' compliance performance.
  • Manage end-to-end tracking and monitoring of rectifications related to compliance assessment and compliance inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 5-6 years of work experience in compliance management.
  • Familiarity with the compliance framework of Telecom.
  • Exposure and experience with audit and inspections practices in CMPak.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under challenging environments.
