Job Title: Project Compliance Expert">

We seek a highly skilled Project Compliance Expert to oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects comply with our company's standards and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project protocols and guidelines to guarantee seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate unit changes of ownership (resale) and technical approvals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Regularly update project protocols, incorporating owner's requests when approved and aligned with company policies.
  • The technical approvals due to any violations to ensure that the project is complying with our Standards.
  • Analyze and evaluate post-handover client's modification requests to refine project protocols and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of document circulation and retention to prevent loss of critical information.
  • Direct and supervise the Engineering service provider's work, including permit modifications, processing, and client relationships.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect for compliance and address potential issues.
  • Meet with clients to discuss requested modifications, clarify requirements, and resolve concerns.
  • General request analysis and developer communication to integrate improvements into new projects.
  • In-depth study of modifications affecting budget, process, annex, execution & handover.
  • Provide technical assistance for cross-functional teams, including CS, legal, community, and contracts.
  • Post-handover change of ownership technical approvals through unit inspections or client notifications/meetings due to violations.
  • Audits of the Engineering service provider's performance and services.
  • Development and implementation of SOPs and KPIs to monitor and improve the engineering service provider's efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering
  • 7-10 Years of experience in the same field.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
