Project Architect

We are seeking an architect to collaborate with our design and construction team on a project basis.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs for commercial and residential projects. This includes creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.

They will also conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Additionally, the architect will provide input on material selection, budgeting, and project timelines, ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop architectural designs for commercial and residential projects.
  • Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Provide input on material selection, budgeting, and project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
