  • Oversee overall marketing strategy by monitoring social media campaigns and adapting to emerging trends.">
  • Organize and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions that promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing.">
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member queries and concerns.">
  • Manage access, booking systems, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of our space.">
  • Identify and report facility maintenance issues, working closely with relevant teams to resolve them.">
  • Support tours and onboarding for potential clients and walk-ins, showcasing our community's unique value proposition.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records, agreements, and billing data.">
  • Assist with monthly reports and occupancy tracking, providing valuable insights for business development.">
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses, startups, and event organizers to enrich our community's offerings.">
