Role Overview:

We're looking for a Scrum Master / Technical Coordinator who's an Asana power-user and can manage day-to-day product delivery tasks. You'll own task tracking, scrum meetings, ticket creation, and sprint management for a single key product. This is not a people management or engineering leadership role — it's about keeping the team moving efficiently and supporting technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Asana setup and workflows: sprint boards, task tracking, ticket creation
  • Run daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration (design, dev, QA)
  • Track blockers and timelines, and help the team stay on course
  • Assist with technical interview coordination and administer evaluations
  • Maintain documentation and sprint deliverables

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years experience in a Scrum Master / Technical Coordinator or similar role
  • Deep hands-on experience with Asana (setting up projects, managing boards, automation, templates)
  • Comfortable working with technical teams (esp. MERN stack projects)
  • Familiar with Agile workflows, Git basics, and sprint cycles
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Bonus: experience with remote or distributed teams
