Job Description

Join us as an experienced HR Operations professional to manage our HR systems, ensure data integrity, and oversee compliance-related tasks. This role requires strong technical expertise in HR systems, backend workflows, and system administration.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain custom fields, data structures, and workflows in HRIS systems to support employee onboarding, data management, and compliance.
  • Support system integrations with applicant tracking systems (ATS), payroll platforms, and third-party vendors to streamline HR operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, including employment agreements, right-to-work checks, and contractor records.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRBP, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR operations or generalist experience within an international business setting.
  • Strong understanding of backend systems, including workflow configuration, data structures, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with system audits, reporting, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HiBob and Greenhouse is a plus.
