University Administrator Role

  • This position involves managing the administrative functions of the university, ensuring seamless operational performance.
  • The Director Administration shall be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of various departments, including transport, horticulture, protocol office, telephone exchange, hostels, printing press, buildings, HVAC, maintenance support workshop, and maintenance store.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the coordination and processing of accommodation-related matters for university officers and staff.
  • To oversee the timely processing of TA/DA claims for university officers and staff.
  • To undertake other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Administrative expertise: Proven experience in managing administrative functions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
