Streamline processes, drive efficiency and improve outcomes as a HubSpot & Zapier Automation Coordinator. Analyze workflows across Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success to identify automation opportunities.

  • Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with department leads to document current processes and create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Design and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to optimize team productivity and performance.
  • Continuously monitor and refine existing automations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support operations and onboarding tasks with organized, reliable administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Building and Lead Generation: Develop and implement efficient workflows that drive business results.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance team productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with department leads to document processes and SOPs.
  • Tech Savviness: Utilize HubSpot and Zapier to design and manage automations.
