Business Development Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Executive with a focus on Email Marketing to expand our client base and drive revenue growth through targeted email campaigns.

This role combines business development and lead generation, making it ideal for someone with a mix of sales acumen and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Build and manage email lists, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns for improved engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze email campaign performance using data-driven tools and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Nurture and qualify leads generated through email marketing into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage CRM entries accurately.
  • Stay updated on email marketing best practices, tools, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and email marketing.
  • Proficient with email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo.io).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive insights.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in lead generation or sales for digital products/services.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, email deliverability, and campaign automation.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
