Project Manager Role

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronics technology, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage diverse projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding services for existing clients and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Provide end-user support, including installing, documenting, maintaining, and troubleshooting DC and AC systems.
  • Train regional teams on operations management best practices.
  • Oversee small to medium-sized projects, adhering to agreed-upon budgets and schedules.
  • Conduct ongoing research to inform technology planning and strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with significant budgets.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Sales acumen and experience in sales and operations management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DC AC power systems.
  • Ability to manage team resources across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Working knowledge of current communication devices and protocols.
  • Capacity to negotiate contracts with vendors and resolve cross-functional issues at the project level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Willingsness to share knowledge with colleagues, supervisors, and users.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Effective project scope management and change control, with the ability to escalate issues as needed.
  • Regular updates to project steering boards and senior management.
