We are seeking a skilled Manager of Pharmacy Services to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations within our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medication management systems, ensuring high standards of quality and revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives for medication management processes.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy staff to ensure safe and effective medication use across various clinical settings.
  • Identify and address medication-related issues, implementing solutions for improved patient outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A PharmD/Bachelor in Pharmacy degree; a relevant Master's degree in Pharmacy or advanced training in an allied discipline is preferred.
  • At least 6-8 years of progressive professional and supervisory experience in a medium to large hospital, including 3 years in a managerial capacity in a tertiary care academic institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to conceive 'out of the box' solutions to medication management-related issues.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build and guide teams within multidisciplinary environments.
