Job Description:
The Pharmacy Service Coordinator is responsible for managing daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and supervising support staff. This role also entails developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy services, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Supervise support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Develop and implement processes to improve workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in pharmacy management or supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
