At TalentPop App, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and streamlining operational workflows across departments, designing and building automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, and other low-code tools, collaborating with department leads to document processes and create scalable SOPs, identifying process gaps and automation opportunities to boost team productivity, managing the full lifecycle of automations: testing, monitoring, and refining, and providing consistent operational support for onboarding and day-to-day functions.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, automating tasks, and helping teams run like a well-oiled machine. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in workflow automation, operations, or a systems-focused role, hands-on experience with HubSpot and Zapier, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive and tech-savvy approach to building smarter systems.
