Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telesales Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, supporting customers, and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend products or services, and close sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and support skills.
  • Proven sales skills and experience.
  • Ability to provide effective training to new team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work the night shift.
  • Prior experience in a telesales or telemarketing role is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
