**Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions, including operations, warehousing, customer service, transportation, and supply chain.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and market trends, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be responsible for developing proactive hiring plans in collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across operations, warehousing, customer service, transportation, and supply chain functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and build proactive hiring plans.
  • Implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent pipelines.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.

They will also possess excellent command of MS Office 365 and be able to perform under pressure while taking initiative.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Excellent command of MS Office 365.
  • Dynamic and self-driven individual who can perform under pressure and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
