Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes is crucial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset are necessary.
