Job Description:
Axxon BPO is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic Voice Program team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team where your skills and contributions will make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to customer success initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
