Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.

Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of retail systems, including POS and inventory management.
