Job Title: Project Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth execution and management of projects. This involves coordinating various activities, managing schedules, handling communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in project planning and coordination, serving as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, maintaining accurate project documentation, and providing regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and successes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all activities are on track and completed on time.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively working with relevant teams to address and resolve them.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the progress and quality of the work being produced by different teams, ensuring that deliverables meet the company's standards.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
