Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in lead generation and B2B/B2C sales, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

They will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  2. Conduct market research and identify target audiences.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through personalized outreach.
  4. Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads and nurture relationships.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation and B2B/B2C sales.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms.
