We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an AI Prompt Engineer and Evaluator. This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position, allowing you to choose which projects you want to work on and create your own schedule.

As an AI Prompt Engineer and Evaluator, you will have conversations with chatbots to measure their progress and write novel conversations to teach them what to say. You will need a strong imagination and attention to detail to create useful conversations and measure their quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coming up with diverse conversations
  • Writing high-quality answers
  • Comparing the performance of different AI models
  • Researching and fact-checking AI responses

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality
  • A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, many involving writing or evaluating chatbot conversations, and to choose which projects interest you the most. You will be paid hourly, starting at $15-20 per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
