We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the frontline point of contact between our company and its customers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Assist with Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, returns, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Follow Communication Procedures: Adhere to established communication guidelines and policies.
- Document Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations.
