Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the frontline point of contact between our company and its customers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing accurate information, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
  3. Assist with Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, returns, billing inquiries, and account management.
  4. Resolve Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
  5. Follow Communication Procedures: Adhere to established communication guidelines and policies.
  6. Document Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  7. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
