Senior Role in Compliance Procedures

The MENA Global Public Company Independence Procedures - Center of Excellence team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their ranks. As a senior associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in ensuring compliance with auditor independence rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client acceptance files and gather necessary information.
  • Collaborate closely with engagement teams to obtain information required for independence evaluations.
  • Complete independence procedures and evaluations for public companies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in audit, compliance, risk management or independence is an advantage.
