Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive to join our team.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing walk-in customers, and improving their experience through various initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the basic understanding of CRM systems, handling customer queries, and maintaining high-quality standards for customer facilitation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Additionally, they should possess good sales and services expertise, as well as hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and manage walk-in customers from the floor greeting.
- Develop a solid understanding of CRM systems and portals linked with them.
- Handle customer queries at the experience center and provide exceptional services.
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation and product upsell.
- Initiate customer-centric projects to improve overall experience and reduce average wait/service time.
- Develop essential skills to serve valued customers effectively.
- Tackle customer complaints in a timely manner and ensure resolution.
- Focus on customer retention and churn management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet assigned monthly KPIs for adherence, service, and sales.
- Stay updated on current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by the organization.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong sales and services expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Familiarity with telecom products and customer management systems.
- Adept in stakeholder management for issue closure and standardization.
