We are looking for an ideal candidate who has previous experience working as a content writer for a tech company or startup.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills in various styles and tones, strong attention to detail, particularly in terms of spelling and grammar.

A solid understanding of APIs and SDKs is also required.

We're seeking a highly skilled technical content writer who can create engaging and user-friendly documentation including user guides, tutorials, integration guides, and in-product documentation.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently or as a team member, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields, or equivalent experience in the specified job role is preferred.

  • Be a core part of the Product team working closely with engineers, product marketing, and design teams.
  • Plan and create engaging and user-friendly documentation that adhere to APIMatic's style guidelines.
  • Provide peer reviews/edits for content used by other teams and establish templates for client resources like proposals, customer emails, and related documentation.
  • Regularly revise and edit existing content and documentation to reflect the latest features and changes and gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
