Technical Content Writer - API Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team as an API Documentation Specialist. This role involves creating high-quality, user-friendly documentation for our API products.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in technical writing, excellent writing skills, and a solid understanding of APIs and SDKs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging and user-friendly documentation, including user guides, tutorials, and integration guides.
  • Work closely with engineers, product marketing, and design teams to develop resources that accelerate users from basic to advanced levels.
  • Plan and create documentation that adheres to our style guidelines.
  • Provide peer reviews/edits for content used by other teams.
  • Regularly revise and edit existing content to reflect the latest features and changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience producing technical content for user consumption.
  • Knowledge of SEO and best marketing practices is a plus.
  • Experience using Git and any content management system.
  • Ability to write clearly with an obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
