Job Overview

Rehmpack (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Administrative Support to join its team in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Operations Management
  • Effectively manage and coordinate administrative activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and oversee various administrative functions, including security, housekeeping, time office management, cafeteria management, and logistics.
  • Manage utility services such as KESC and water supply.
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Solve complex problems related to electricity breakdowns, drain line issues, and other administrative challenges.
Government Agency Liaison
  • Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  1. Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum Graduate degree required; Bachelor's in Administrative Sciences or relevant field preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • High IQ and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
