Responsibilities:

  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  6. Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value propositions.

  1. Proven track record in business development, preferably in the facilities services industry.
  2. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and industry trends.
