Information Protection Incident Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Information Protection Incident Manager.

As a key member of our incident response team, you will be responsible for managing the response to Data Breach events and incidents globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the response to Data Breach events and incidents globally, taking responsibility for timely data-related risk mitigation and cyber-threats.
  • Coordinate actions across multiple business units during Data Breach events and incidents.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and decision-makers during data loss incidents.
  • Develop close working relationships with regional Data Protection Officers, Cybersecurity leads, Business Information Risk Officers (BIROs), and Risk Managers.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory trends, legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Triage potential Data Breach events and adhere to defined SLAs.
  • Follow detailed processes and procedures to analyze, respond to, and escalate Data Breaches.
  • Support information security incidents until eradication and provide feedback on lessons learned.
  • Identify and develop new ideas to enhance detection capabilities and mitigations.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory trends, legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
