Senior Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Human Resources Professional to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, training, performance management, and culture building.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for corporate and restaurant-level positions
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new team members
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a positive work culture through effective employee engagement initiatives
  • Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and KPIs
  • Supporting leadership in coaching, feedback, and goal alignment
  • Identifying skill gaps and coordinating internal and external training programs
  • Driving learning and development for high-potential employees
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR policies
  • Supporting compensation benchmarking and benefit programs
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience; hospitality/F&B experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance standards
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple brands or business units
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools
