Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting HR functions and employee relations? We're looking for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative and HR support across recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, background checks, and issuing contracts

Manage time-off approvals and ensure departmental coverage

Follow up with employees to ensure project deadlines are met

Oversee compensation, benefits documentation, and payroll tasks

Maintain accurate HR files, employee attendance, and leave records

Coordinate interviews, meetings, orientations, and HR events

Support performance management and policy formulation

Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and timely query resolution

Assist with commission processing and support managers with agent onboarding

Keep abreast of the latest HR trends and labor regulations

Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience in an office or HR environment

Familiarity with payroll practices and HR best practices

Knowledge of labor laws and employee equity regulations

Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, databases, spreadsheets)

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

High school diploma or GED required

Honest, ethical, results-driven, and detail-oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Saturday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
