Job Title: Female Room Attendant

Job Description:

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Housekeeping department. Your primary role will be to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide courteous and professional service to guests in guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas.
  2. Ensure thorough understanding and knowledge of room-related services and products.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and surrounding area at all times.
  4. Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the supervisor.
  5. Hand over lost and found items with full and detailed information to the supervisor/ executive housekeeper.
  6. Have complete understanding of different cleaning products and their economical use.
  7. Understand and adhere strictly to fire, hygiene, health and safety rules and regulations established by LUMS.
  8. Report on duty punctually and wear the correct uniform at all times.
  9. Maintain good rapport and working relationship with staff in place of work and other departments.
  10. Undertake additional duties assigned by the executive housekeeper or supervisor.
