
Prospecting and Sales Growth Specialist

EaseFix is seeking a driven and goal-oriented professional to fill this Business Development Executive role.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients in the market. This involves researching and analyzing data to identify potential leads, as well as developing strategies to convert these leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and Lead Identification: Utilize online platforms, databases, and networking to find potential leads that align with our business objectives.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Client Outreach: Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients and track all activities in our CRM system.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and meet monthly targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Research and Networking: Strong research, networking, and prospecting skills.
- Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- CMS Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
