Job Summary:

A highly skilled banking professional is required to ensure the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities, including customers' transactions, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with routine account-related requests such as stop payments and updating of customer details.
  • Record and manage cash transactions, requesting additional cash as needed.
  • Balance, sort, and reconcile currency notes before storing them in the vault at day-end.
  • Ensure safe-keeping and balancing of outstanding cheque books and ATM cards, following SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with various teams to ensure business-as-usual operations, floor management, and service quality.
  • Recover applicable service charges on instruments and banking facilities, as per standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate reconciliations and balances of related GL accounts at all times.
  • Comply with bank policies, SOPs, SBP's Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT/CPF/KYC/Sanctions Policy, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain clean ratings in reviews, inspections, and audits from Quality Assurance Unit, Compliance, Internal, External, and SBP Audits.
