- Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Develop job descriptions and identify key competencies required for various positions, tailoring them to meet the needs of potential clients or other departments.
- Oversee the posting of vacancies on multiple job sites and newspapers.
- Supervise searches for qualified candidates based on relevant job criteria and employee referrals.
- Assist in screening, interviewing, and selecting shortlisted candidates as needed, ensuring efficient documentation of comments.
- Review and evaluate IQ tests and self-description essays.
- Coordinate with interviewers to ensure timely and effective interviews.
- Advise job applicants of the outcome of their applications.
- Analyze past recruitment data to inform future strategies.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks assigned by senior management.
Job RequirementsMBA-HR degree. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of success. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Retired military officers with staff college qualifications are preferred. Strong organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Capacity to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels. Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in computer software, including internet and email communications.
