We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Student Recruitment Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing international team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for assisting students in their pursuit of higher education abroad.

You will provide expert advice on university options and application processes, manage applications, and coordinate virtual and in-person recruitment activities.

Your goal will be to meet student intake targets under the guidance of the regional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling Students:
  •  Provide expert advice on university options and application processes.
  •  Help students choose the right universities and courses that match their career goals.
  • Application Management:
  •  Manage applications from start to finish, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with students and partner universities.
  •  Maintain accurate records and reports on application status.
  • Recruitment Activities:
  •  Coordinate virtual and in-person recruitment events, such as open days, info sessions, and campus tours.
  •  Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential students.
  • Team Collaboration:
  •  Work closely with the regional team to achieve student intake targets.
  •  Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • • 1-2 years of experience in the education consultancy industry.
  • • A background in student recruitment through an agency.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strong understanding of the UK, USA, Canada, and/or Australia admissions process.
