Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

This position involves leading the HR team and managing all aspects of human resources in a fast-paced IT industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an HR Manager or similar role, with knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in Pakistan.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who can multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.\

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.\
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.\

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.\
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role or similar position.\
