Job Overview

This role involves developing and executing effective strategies to generate leads through LinkedIn, focusing on relationship-building and lead conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement targeted LinkedIn-based campaigns for B2B IT markets.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers, to establish meaningful connections.
  • Use advanced LinkedIn tools to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
  • Nurture leads by sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) that resonates with prospects.
  • Boost lead engagement using LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts.
  • Lead Management:
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and contacts, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up.
  • Performance Improvement:
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve better results.
  • Industry Insights:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates to remain competitive.
Essential Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager) to generate warm leads from various regions.
  • Familiarity with lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
