Job OverviewThis role involves developing and executing effective strategies to generate leads through LinkedIn, focusing on relationship-building and lead conversion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement targeted LinkedIn-based campaigns for B2B IT markets.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers, to establish meaningful connections.
- Use advanced LinkedIn tools to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
- Nurture leads by sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) that resonates with prospects.
- Boost lead engagement using LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and contacts, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up.
- Performance Improvement:
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve better results.
- Industry Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates to remain competitive.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager) to generate warm leads from various regions.
- Familiarity with lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
