Business Development Representative Opportunity

Our organization is looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to contribute to our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of sales and lead generation.

  • Establish connections with prospective customers in the United States to introduce our label printing services and generate sales leads.
  • Utilize various strategies, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking, to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
  • Develop an in-depth comprehension of our labels' printing capabilities, materials, and customization options to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and consult with them to understand their requirements and recommend suitable label printing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, and diligently follow up with leads to progress them through the sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process, aiming to establish trusted partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to our revenue objectives and growth trajectory.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and lead generation, specifically within the labels printing industry, is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to customers.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • A highly motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful outcomes.
