About the Role:

This role involves working as a business development specialist to shape the way we sell our product and own the end-to-end sale process. You will be responsible for educating fleet managers and owner/operators about Electronic Logging Devices, Fleet Management, Vehicle GPS Tracking, Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, IFTA Reporting, Electronic Logs, and Dashcams.

You will need to provide a superb customer experience and ensure it happens during each customer interaction. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required to build trust with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
  • Proactively consult with businesses to uncover their unique needs and advise on the best solutions.
  • Demonstrate our software to prospective fleet managers for small fleets.
  • Work in partnership with inbound SDRs to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/emails per day and attending customer meetings on time.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years in an inbound/outbound sales role, using both phone and email.
  • Experience consulting with small business owners in the United States and Canada.
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative and autonomy.
  • Highly organized and attach great importance to being punctual.
