Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing procurement processes in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. This role requires assessing products, services, and vendors before finalization, reviewing and comparing received quotations, and preparing comparisons.

Maintaining records of work orders, purchase orders, contracts, and relevant documentation is also essential. Additionally, the incumbent will perform fieldwork and market visits when required and ensure a consistent and compliant order filing system is in place to track, report, and record all procurement, stocks, assets, and fleet activities.

Key requirements include 5-6 years' experience, preferably in the development sector, with experience of working with international/national organizations and government agencies.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related subjects is highly desirable.
