Job Overview

Key Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all recruited staff possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in their roles.
  • In addition, you will contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies and processes to support business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a Call Centre or similar industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
