About the Role
iVolve Technologies is seeking a talented Account Acquisition Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a key role in building relationships and marketing our brand through positive, honest, and professional interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a scripted approach to promote our products via phone to interested consumers while maintaining professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line and be familiar with each product's features and purpose, enabling confident upselling to compatible products.
- Maintain an organized workspace and accurately file documents, updates, and product information for easy reference and to address customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate attentive listening and provide informed answers to encourage product sales.
- Highlight our company's strengths and unique characteristics by exclusively discussing what sets us apart.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal/team goals for the upcoming week.
Requirements
A Bachelor or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing is required, with 0-1 year of experience.
