Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat, and Microsoft Teams to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Inquiry Management: Manage inquiries related to products, orders, contracts, returns, or promotions, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to maintain a record of customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Follow defined SOPs while personalizing responses to enhance customer experience and escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Upselling and Loyalty Programs: Identify and promote upsell opportunities or loyalty program enrollments when applicable, ensuring that customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Risk, etc.) for smooth issue resolution, ensuring that customers receive effective support.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate or A Levels
  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience: Experience in customer service (12+ months minimum; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles)
  • CRT Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Sprinklr, Genesys, and MS Office
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset, empathy, and ability to manage high-volume interactions effectively
